FOUNDERS
Decora Sandiford + Jess Kravit Decora and Jess met in 2021 and were immediately aligned on their goals to foster community and create unique experiential events. The pair began working together in 2022 and developed DREAM VALLEY - a full service creative production agency. Jess + Decora both own and operate other companies and have extensive individual experiences in the industry. Together, this duo is a powerhouse and can make anything happen.
Decora Sandiford
Decora is a multi-disciplined artist with a background in business. As an artist Decora has toured the world performing on over 2000 stages with various artists. After selling out Lincoln Center, a tour with Roc Nation and working with Spike Lee in 2017; Decora decided to focus more event planning and hospitality. He has since planned 12 successful festivals. A few years later Decora opened Dreamburgh, a boutique short term rental company managing scores of locations across New York State. In only 3 years Dreamburgh has demonstrated their event planning skills by planning 10 micro events - including gallery openings, boutique house parties and even a woodland festival on a 25 acre property in upstate New York.
Jess Kravit
Jess is a natural born artist and extrovert. She has her BA in studio art and specializes in abstract oil painting. In 2019, Jess founded her first company, Exalted Alchemy - a high vibrational wellness brand. Jess is certified in herbalism, flower essences, reiki, nada acupuncture and yoga. With a desire to cultivate a deeper arts community in the Hudson Valley, Jess founded River Valley Guild in 2020. The Guild is a multi-disciplinary creative collective, and currently has 100+ members across artistic fields. RVG's goal is to foster connection, collaboration while providing resources and opportunities for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and brands. In 2022, Jess co-founded Dream Valley, to further share her passion and expertise in the industry.
